Over time the mortar between your bricks can weaken and loosen due to seasonal temperature differences and varying weather conditions. If not remedied this can eventually lead to penetrating damp and weakened structure of the wall itself.

 

Our company offers a good solution as an alternative to rendering, by cutting out the old mortar and re applying a strong waterproof pointing. In addition to this process we apply a clear sealer to the effected areas to reduce pourousicity and increase waterproofing.
